Every member of our team is employed directly by TLC Dog Walking and chosen for their dedication, reliability, and love of dogs. We operate as a team — with team leaders overseeing routes, organising daily logistics, and ensuring your dog gets the attention and consistency they deserve. If your regular walker is ever on holiday or unwell, we’ve got it covered. You’ll never be left without support or scrambling to find someone new. Tori still plays an active role and often steps in to provide cover herself, so your dog is always in experienced hands. We believe your dog should be walked by someone who loves what they do, not someone who’s just filling time. Our walkers are trained in canine behaviour, safety, and handling — and many have been with us for years. What to Expect on Your Dog’s Walk

At TLC Dog Walking, our walks are designed to give your dog the freedom, fun, and friendship they crave — while keeping them safe, calm, and cared for like one of our own. 🐾 Group Walks That Feel Like a Pack Adventure Most of our walks are in small, carefully matched groups of 3–4 dogs, allowing each dog to form friendships and enjoy a proper “pack” experience. On rare occasions — such as when a team member is on leave — we may walk up to 6 dogs, which we are fully insured for. We go the extra mile (literally!) to ensure your dog is placed with companions they get along with. We don’t just walk the nearest dogs together — we prioritise compatibility, play styles, and personalities so everyone has a great time. 🌿 Dog-Led, Off-Lead, and Full of Sniffs Wherever it’s safe and appropriate, your dog will be off lead, enjoying the freedom to sniff, run, play, and simply be a dog. Our walks are dog-led, which means we tune in to what the group needs — not the stopwatch. A walk might be 90 minutes on paper, but if your dog is with a gang of zoomers, they may cover the route in 50 minutes. On sniff-heavy days, they may linger and explore at a slower pace. We’re here to follow their lead. ❤️ Loved Like Our Own We treat every dog as if they were part of our family.
