Client Portal – How It Works
The Client Portal is where all of your bookings, cancellations, invoices and account information are managed.
Bookings and cancellations
All regular bookings and cancellations should be made in advance through the client portal. Any late bookings or cancellations (within 5 days of the service) must be sent by email directly to your Team Leader, as these cannot be guaranteed through the portal alone.
Please ensure that you carefully check all bookings you have made in the portal to confirm they are correct. This includes dates, services requested and frequency. The information shown in the portal is what we work from each day.
Pet information
The client portal is also where you add and manage information about your animals. Please complete this section as fully as possible, including:
Date of birth
Breed
Colouration and any distinguishing marks
Any behavioural, medical or handling issues
Please note that our dogs are generally walked off the lead. If your dog cannot be walked off the lead, or has any issues around recall, reactivity or safety, this must be clearly noted in their profile. Dogs that always require lead walks may be better suited to a dog walker who offers on-lead-only services, as it can be frustrating for a dog to remain on the lead while others are playing off the lead.
Understanding the menu (left-hand side)
The left-hand menu in the client portal shows:
Account SummaryThis shows all walks that have been invoiced. Walks that are not yet invoiced will not yet show a charge. This does not mean they are not owed — simply that the invoice has not yet been prepared. If you believe an invoice is missing, please let us know.
Schedule This displays all upcoming, planned walks that you currently have booked in.
Request Services Use this section to request additional walks or visits.
Your Information Please complete as much of this section as possible to help us provide the best care for you and your animals.
Invoices This section shows all invoices that have been prepared for your account.
Payments Here you can see all payments we have received and which invoices those payments have been allocated to.
